ËMMER FETT
Ëmmer Fett, created by Judith Kohl, is a digital film series that narrates local owners' business stories within the food industry. It goes beyond showcasing products to uncover the humans behind these businesses. Business owners in the food industry continually strive to provide innovation and quality to their customers. This platform is trying to give something back by sharing their stories.
“Ëmmer Fett” is luxembourgish for “always fat”. The founder's mother inspired both the title and the essence of this project. During a phone call offering cooking advice, the phrase “Always add fat!” became the definitive source for the title.
For Judith, cooking is a way to (re)connect with people, family, and herself. This is what this platform is all about: getting to know people.
In a first step for this project, a logo was developed, inspired by a "drop of fat" in a pan.
The idea to use an ostrich as a brand illustration is based on a personal wish and background of the founder, Judith Kohl.
To give her content a platform, a website is still in progress for which I was able to develop individual illustrations that are intended to add a small visual touch to each story.
